Fastest production: Our precisely-engineered all-HD digital workflow allows us to provide a level of service and professionalism unheard-of on the local level, and do it cheaper and faster than the competition.
More attention to clients: We never work actively on more than three projects at a time. This speeds up the production process hugely and ensures that each client gets the dedication and attention they deserve. A professional team: Vanguard Media is lead by by Jackson Hager and Nikos Aragon. We combine energy and creativity with the skills and experience to produce the best content. Jackson Hager is a videographer, editor, and graphic designer with a BS in Journalism from the University of Oregon. Nikos Aragon is a video editor and director and has worked on several documentaries and short films.
Outstanding video: Vanguard produces videos of higher quality because we hold ourselves to a higher standard. Tinny sound, washed out colors and tired concepts are the hallmarks of local videography, but not here. We know how to plan, execute, and edit so your content will be superior in every way. Our Rates
At Vanguard Media, we do everything we can to offer you the lowest rates in town for the highest-quality work.
We also have the most straightforward and transparent pricing system around. We never charge for editing or post-production, all our work is billed by the number of hours required to plan, set up and film your project. This is very different from how other videographers work, but we think it’s a smarter, simpler way to do business. It means you can be confident that the bid you get is the real amount you will be charged; we will never spring surprise charges on you or tell you the work “can’t be done” for the amount we quoted.
We have the best rates around, because we will meet or beat any price quoted to you by another videography company. That said, here are our basic rates. All these rates are for how long it takes to plan, set up and film the event itself, editing and other post-production are included:

- Production Videography $150 per hour of set up and filming
- Event Videography $100/hr
- For each additional camera and camera operator, add $75/hr
- Creating DVD’s, including chapters, menus, case and label design, and compression, carries an additional cost of $300.
- We have set rates for some types of projects, like commercials and other short videos, that do not depend on filming time.
- Travel, rental of specialty equipment, special effects, very heavy editing, or other special circumstances may carry additional costs.
